Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the uus777 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information current and to promptly notify uus777 of any material changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

uus777 is required to conduct identity verification checks in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. The Company reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including but not limited to: at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, upon detecting unusual account activity, or as part of a routine compliance review.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued identity document, such as a National Identity Card (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport;
• Proof of current residential address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months;
• A clear selfie photograph holding your identity document next to your face;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your registered e-wallet account showing your name).

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. The Company will process submitted documents within 24–48 business hours under normal circumstances.

All financial transactions on the uus777 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Company accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals via Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC-20) are also supported.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit funds into the Account, unless otherwise approved by the Company following successful KYC verification.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take between 1–3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully registered players aged 21 and above who have accepted the relevant promotion during the applicable promotional period.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover"), which must be satisfied in full before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be used within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time, with or without prior notice, where it believes there has been abuse of the promotion.
• Wagering on bets with odds below the minimum threshold specified in the promotion terms will not count towards wagering requirement completion.
• Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: wagering on both outcomes of an event to clear a rollover, creating multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk play designed to exploit bonuses — will forfeit all bonus balances and may be subject to Account suspension.

All bets placed on the uus777 platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting regulations applicable to the relevant product category (sports betting, live dealer, slots, etc.). In all cases, the following general betting conditions apply:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the Player, except where the Company expressly permits early cash-out or bet editing for specific markets.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during the placement or settlement of a bet, the Company reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake to the Player's Account balance.
• Odds and game outcomes are generated by certified third-party providers and, where applicable, by certified random number generator (RNG) software. The Company does not manipulate outcomes.
• For sports betting, all markets are subject to the specific settlement rules published for that sport and competition. In cases of dispute, the Company's decision — made in good faith and based on available information — shall be final.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market type are set by the Company and displayed within the relevant betting interface. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uus777 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering duplicate accounts;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any unauthorised manner;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating or fraud;
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Allowing third parties to use your Account, or using another person's Account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards Company staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse or low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.

All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game assets, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the uus777 platform are owned by or licensed to the Company. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any right, title, or interest in or to any such intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content or materials on the uus777 platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the uus777 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

uus777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its players. The Company provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

Players may request activation of any responsible gambling tool by contacting the Company's support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and will remain in effect for the period selected by the Player (minimum 30 days).

Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to the Company's support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, we will process any remaining withdrawable balance (subject to KYC verification and applicable wagering requirements) and close the Account within a reasonable timeframe.

Termination by the Company: The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal; failure to complete KYC verification; bonus abuse; operation of duplicate accounts; or any other conduct that the Company reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds, and in cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, to withhold all Account balances pending legal proceedings.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the uus777 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendments, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between the Company and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the Company's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a formal complaint to the support team. The Company undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent arbitration body as designated by the Company's licensing jurisdiction.
